The Artemis Project: Satellites & Commanders is an extension that offers you two new highly strategic elements to integrate into the ground rules. Trolleys are off-shelf places served by Satellites. Use your Satellite die to requisition a Satellite to interact with the Chariot it encounters. The longer it stays in the air, the more effective it will be. In addition, you can now use the Academy to try to promote your Colonists as Commanders. These can act like any Colon, improve your dice, move freely, and offer more flexibility in the final count.
