The first troubles appeared at the same time as the colony. Even before the first hints of witchcraft appeared to establish new boundaries was already difficult. However, the village had to push reconnaissance beyond its fences to find new resources. But a thick mist, almost supernatural, covers the surrounding swamps and its mysterious fauna. The few fields that the villagers tried to cultivate there died. The cows are weakening, their milk is turning, the eggs of the hens are greenish. Is the presence of the witch only the consequence of a phenomenon of magnitude hidden there since the dawn of time? Is it possible to purify the countryside to finally allow the colony to prosper?
The extension behind the palisades brings a new mechanical dimension: darkness. These are additional effects on the cards that will take effect on time with "dark" chips.
The box contains a witch deck, a hunter deck and villagers adapted to this new mechanism, but it is still possible to combine with the base box.
Pagan is an exciting game that mixes bluff, card management and actions in a strong theme with a magnificent artistic direction.
