Shipping your package

Shipments are Monday to Friday. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the order process by the carrier corresponding to the country of delivery (Colissimo for Metropolitan France), according to availability, within the longest period of time among the products selected from your order (usually 2 working days for Metropolitan France according to current conditions).

When you order several products at the same time and one of them is out of stock, Super Meeple will notify you by Email if necessary. Participation in the processing and shipping costs and the weight of the packaging will be included in the shipping costs at the time of your order.

In case of significant delay in shipping a product in stock (> 14 days), an email will be sent to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not shipped, you can always cancel your order.

Return of your package

IMPORTANT!

The return must be in its original packaging, including the cellophane protection, complete (accessories, instructions...), in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please notify us by email at sav@supermeeple.com before any return procedure. We will inform you in return by email of the procedure to follow

You have 14 days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you.

The return costs will then be borne by you.

Items returned unpacked, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.
